Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
Vectren Corporation (the Company) is amending the 8-K filed on September 29, 2014 that announced the addition of Patrick K. Mullen to its Board of Directors. At that time, Mr. Mullen had not yet been assigned to any Board Committees. On May 12, 2015, Mr. Mullen was appointed to the Board's Compensation and Benefits Committee and the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Committee.
