        On November 7, 2007, the Company issued a press release reporting its unaudited sales results for the quarter ended November 3, 2007 (the "Press Release"). A copy of the Press Release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K ("Current Report") as Exhibit 99.1 and the contents of which are incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 2.02 disclosure.
