ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On November 15, 2005, the Company issued a press release
reporting its financial results for the quarter ended September
30, 2006. Subsequent to the issuance of the press release,
several numerical errors were discovered, and on November 28,
2006, the Company issued another press release to correct the
numerical errors. A copy of this amended press release is being
furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on form 8-K.
